Shipping & delivery

  • How discreet is packaging?

    Plain cardboard box with no logos or branding. Return address shows only 'Biiiiird, LLC.' Customs labels also use the parent company name for privacy.

  • How fast does it arrive?

    Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days with free delivery on all orders. Express (1–2 days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.

  • Do you ship globally?

    Yes — we deliver to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties and taxes are paid upfront, so no surprise charges at delivery.

Returns & warranty

  • What's your return policy?

    30 days, full refund, free return label included. We accept returns on used items — condition does not affect eligibility. All returned products are responsibly recycled.

  • How long is the warranty?

    Two years on all devices. Coverage includes motor failure, battery issues, material defects, and seam separation. Repairs and replacements ship free.

  • Damaged on arrival?

    Email [email protected] with photos and your order number. We send a replacement the same day in most cases, with a prepaid return label.

  • What materials are used?

    Medical-grade platinum-cured silicone (FDA-registered), polycarbonate body, lithium-ion battery. All products are phthalate-free, BPA-free, and latex-free with full specs on each page.

  • Is it waterproof?

    Yes — IPX7 rated and fully submersible up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Safe for showers, baths, and outdoor use.

  • How quiet is it?

    33–48 dB depending on power level — quieter than a whisper. Sound levels verified by an independent audiology lab.

Using your device

  • How long does battery last?

    Up to 120 minutes per full charge, depending on intensity level. Fully charges in 90 minutes using the included USB-C magnetic charging base.

  • How do I clean it?
